Notice is hereby given to the above-named parties pursuant to West Virginia Code §49-1-101
and §49-4-601(e)(4) that a Petition in the above captioned matter has been previously filed in the Circuit Court of Berkeley County. Notice is further given that an adjudication hearing in this case is scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. before The Honorable Judge Catherine Delligatti, located in the Berkeley County Judicial Center, 380 West South Street, Martinsburg, West Virginia, to determine the issues alleged in the petition and the possible termination of parental rights in and to said children.
A copy of the Petition can be obtained from the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF BERKELEY COUNTY, 380 West South Street, Suite 2200, Martinsburg, West Virginia.
The parents of these children have the right to counsel at every stage in these proceedings, and if not already appointed an attorney, one may be appointed for them upon application to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
Failure to respond to this notice could result in possible termination of parental rights to these children.
