Notice is further given that an adjudication hearing in this case is scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. before The Honorable Judge Catherine Delligatti, located in the Berkeley County Judicial Center, 380 West South Street, Martinsburg, West Virginia, to determine the issues alleged in the petition and the possible termination of parental rights in and to said children.
