Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Craig Anthony Bauer, married man, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Ark-La-Tex Financial Services, LLC dba Benchmark Mortgage, Mortgagee, dated September 19, 2023 and recorded September 19, 2023 in Liber 1858, Page 239 Hillsdale County Records, Michigan. Said mortgage is now held by Ark-La-Tex Financial Services, LLC, by assignment. There is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Three Hundred Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Eight and 69/100 Dollars ($314,488.69).

The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA §600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
