NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, RICHMOND COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Thomas L Hawkins and Jeanette L Hawkins to Option One Mortgage Corporation, a California Corporation dated 9/25/2006 and recorded in Deed Book 1088 Page 1539 Richmond County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2007-OPT1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $88,800.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Richmond County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on April 7, 2026 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All that lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Augusta-Richmond County on the Northeast side of D'Antignac Street, containing 4,633 square feet, and being known and designated as "845" on that certain plat prepared for Augusta Neighborhood Improvement Corporation, dated November 11, 2005, prepared by Bennie C.
