ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, AND ALL RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES AND SERVITUDES AND APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING, BEING DESIGNATED LOT 35, SITUATED IN THAT SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, KNOWN AS GONZALES TRACE, SECOND FILING, AS MORE PARTICULARLY SHOWN ON A MAP ENTITLED FINAL PLAT OF GONZALES TRACE, SECOND FILING, (16-66) (A RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT) LOCATED IN SECTION 31, T9S, R3E, ASCENSION PARISH, CITY OF GONZALES, LOUISIANA FOR L&L INVESTMENT CORPORATION BY BRETT J. MARTIN, P.L.S. MCLIN ASSOCIATES, INC. DATED JANUARY 22, 2016 AND RECORDED AT INSTRUMENT #00890104 IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER FOR ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA.
