SECTION A INVITATION TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received on April 7, 2026, by the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG) Purchasing Division, at the 301 Plant Road, Houma, LA 70363 until 2:00 P.M as shown on the Purchasing Division Conference Room Clock, and TPCG shall at that time and place publically open the bids and read them aloud. Project Name: Bayou Terrebonne Dredging Project – Phases 2, 4, & 5 TPCG Project No: 21-DRA-10 DOTD Project No: H.009237 Funded in part by the Statewide Flood Control Program   Project Description: The project consists of the dredging of Bayou Terrebonne from the Terrebonne/Lafourche Parish Line near Thibodaux, LA southward to an area just north of the Roy St Bridge near Bayou Cane, LA. The dredging will deepen Bayou Terrebonne to various elevations shown on the plan drawings. Fallen trees and debris are to be removed as well as the removal of trees on the bankline (leaners and hangers). All dredged material and tree/debris removal shall be hauled and disposed of at the Ashland Landfill in Terrebonne Parish, LA. Bids must be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form furnished with the Bidding Documents. A single set of Bidding Documents shall be issued at the cost of reproduction to contractors who are licensed by the Licensing Board of Contractors. This Project shall require a Louisiana Contractors license number for HEAVY CONSTRUCTION.
