NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in Cause No. 82D07-2507-MF-004257 wherein NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing was Plaintiff, and Lakisha A. Gage; Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority; The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Midland Credit Management, Inc. were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 30th day of April, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Lot Nine (9) in Section B in the Amended Plat of Woodland Park, an Addition to the City of Evansville, Vanderburgh County, Indiana, according to the recorded plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book I, page 281 in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
