1. Lakeshore College is accepting bids for ADM2621 Asphalt Repairs Phase One and ADM2622 Asphalt Repairs Phase Two. An electronic copy of the document can be obtained by emailing purchasing@lakeshore.edu.
2. A mandatory pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time in the Cleveland County Training Room at Lakeshore College in the Lakeshore Building on the Cleveland, WI campus.
Bids from anyone who did not attend the mandatory meeting will be disqualified.
3. Please note that bids must be SEALED and addressed to:

Bid envelope must be plainly marked with the ADM number.
Any bid received that is not properly and clearly marked and thus inadvertently opened will be rejected.
4. Please note that bids must be on file in the Leadership office L147 (lower level of the Lakeshore Building) no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Time on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
Enter the campus using the East Campus Drive entrance, park in Lot 6, and enter the Lakeshore Building through Entrance L8. Proceed down the hallway to the end and turn right. Take the stairs downstairs. At the bottom of the stairs, you will see a large white welcome desk ahead. Walk past the welcome desk and the entrance to room L147 can be found on your left, right before the doors to exit L4.
Bids received after the date and time specified will be rejected. Fax bids will not be allowed. Lakeshore is not responsible for the issues with the delivery of the bid.
5. At 10:15 a.m. Central Time on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, bids will be read at a public opening in the Manitowoc County Training Room at Lakeshore College in the Lakeshore Building on the Cleveland, WI campus.
6. Bid security is required. Bids shall be accompanied by a copy of the Bid Bond issued by a licensed surety or a certified check payable to the College. Bid security shall be in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the Bid Sum.
7. All bids must be guaranteed for sixty (60) days after the date of the opening.
8. The College reserves the right to cancel and/or reject any or all bids not meeting specifications or not considered to be in the best interest of the College. Contract is contingent upon funds availability, budget considerations, and any Federal or State Public Health Orders.
