Please take notice that application has been made to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
Section# §230-54-J. / §230-54-G.
For the construction of a 2nd story addition atop the existing dwelling, 1-story addition towards the rear, rear landing & steps, proposed patio and a/c condensers:
§230-54-J. - (V1) - Maximum Gross Floor Area (GFA) - Where a maximum of 38.125% or 2,668.75 SF is permitted, 46.77% or 3,274 SF is proposed, a difference of 8.645% or 605.25 SF.
§230-54-G. - (V2) - Maximum Structural Coverage, - Where a maximum of 25% or 1,750 SF is permitted, 25. 94% or 1,816 SF is proposed a difference of 0.94% or 66 SF
and such other variances that may be required in connection with this application.

The work session for this application will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 and the regular meeting will be held Thursday, May 14, 2026, both at 7:30 PM at the Municipal Offices at One Harding Plaza, Glen Rock, New Jersey. When the case is called at the regular meeting, you may appear either in person, or by attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought in the petition. All meetings are open to the public.
A copy of the application and plans will be available for public inspection in the office of the Borough Clerk during regular business hours ten days prior to the hearing.
