The Defendants, Holly J Pierce and Unknown Spouse, if any of Holly J Pierce, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on January 8, 2026, the Plaintiff, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2026CV00017, in the Court of Common Pleas of Portage County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 4109 Reiss Rd, Rootstown, OH 44272, Permanent Parcel No. 32-009-10-00-024-000,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, Holly J Pierce and Unknown Spouse, if any of Holly J Pierce, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Holly J Pierce and Unknown Spouse, if any of Holly J Pierce are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Holly J Pierce and Unknown
Spouse, if any of Holly J Pierce failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff’s Complaint.
