High St., Columbus, OH 43215 alleging that Kenneth Jackson, Deceased and Heirs or Devisees of Kenneth Jackson, Decedent are the owners of the premises known as 3400 Maize Road, Columbus, Ohio 43224, parcel number 010-082960-00; that said premises is a public nuisance; wherefore Plaintiff demands that the premises located at 3400 Maize Road, Columbus, Ohio 43224 be declared a public nuisance, an injunction, that if the defendants and any successors in interest or titte fail to abate the nuisance, then plaintiff may abate the nuisance, that the defendants be made jointly and severally liable for the costs to plaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be appointed, costs, attorney fees, and such further equitabte and other retief as the Court determines Plaintlff to be entitled.
