REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The City of Pahokee will be receiving sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide Information Technology (I.T.) Consulting Services in full accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Interested contractors shall submit one (1) original and three (3) copies in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the contractor and the words “PROPOSAL FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING SERVICES” to City of Pahokee, 207 Begonia Drive, Pahokee, Florida 33476 by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026. Any proposals received after the date and specified time will not be accepted and shall be returned unopened to the Proposer. All proposals will be publicly opened and acknowledged in the City Commission Chambers located at 360 East Main Street, Pahokee, Florida 33476. The RFP is open to inspection and may be obtained at the City Hall, 207 Begonia Drive, Pahokee, Florida 33476, on the City’s website www.cityofpahokee.com, Demandstar.com, or by contacting the Office of the City Clerk, at (561) 924-5534 ext. 2006 or by email at cityclerk@cityofpahokee.com. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing date for the receipt of proposals except as otherwise provided in the Instructions to Proposers and Terms and Conditions. The City of Pahokee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to re-advertise. The award, if made, will be to the lowest responsive, responsible Proposer as determined solely by the City.
