CITY OF WHITE PLAINS, NEW YORK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)   DRAFT 2026-27 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of White Plains Community Development Draft 2026-27 Annual Action Plan will be available for a 30-day public review period beginning March 30, 2026. The proposed plan will be available on the City’s website at cityofwhiteplains.com/PlansReports and at the following White Plains locations: White Plains Public Library at 100 Martine Avenue; and White Plains Planning Department, 70 Church Street, White Plains NY 10601. Written comments will be accepted by the Department of Planning by mail, e-mail at communitydevelopment@whiteplainsny.gov; or by fax at (914) 422-1301 until May 1, 2026.   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing on the 2026-27 Annual Action Plan will be held on April 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at White Plains City Hall, 255 Main Street, White Plains, NY in the Council Chamber, 2nd Floor.
