DRAFT 2026-27 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of White Plains Community Development Draft 2026-27 Annual Action Plan will be available for a 30-day public review period beginning March 30, 2026. The proposed plan will be available on the City’s website at cityofwhiteplains.com/PlansReports and at the following White Plains locations: White Plains Public Library at 100 Martine Avenue; and White Plains Planning Department, 70 Church Street, White Plains NY 10601. Written comments will be accepted by the Department of Planning by mail, e-mail at communitydevelopment@whiteplainsny.gov; or by fax at (914) 422-1301 until May 1, 2026.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing on the 2026-27 Annual Action Plan will be held on April 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at White Plains City Hall, 255 Main Street, White Plains, NY in the Council Chamber, 2nd Floor. Persons wishing to comment on the Draft Plans are invited to share their feedback at the hearing.
