STIEBLER AND ALFRED P. STIEBLER, CO-TRUSTEES OF THE ARDATH J. STIEBLER REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED AUGUST 26, 1998 COLORADO CITY METROPOLITAN DISTRICT ANTRIM AND ASSOCIATES LLC   You are hereby notified that on the 23rd day of October, 2014, the then Treasurer of the County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, sold at public sale to Pueblo County the tax lien upon the following described real estate, situate in the County of Pueblo, viz:   LOT 998 UNIT NO 1 COLORADO CITY AMENDED   said sale being made to satisfy the delinquent general taxes assessed against said property for the year 2013, and certificate of purchase numbered 2214 book 2014 was issued to Pueblo County by said Treasurer.   That said Pueblo County, acting by and through its County Treasurer, and in conformity with the order of the Board of County Commissioners of said County, duly entered of record on the 21st day of February A.D., 2023 (the said day being one Of the days Of a regular session Of the Board Of County Commissioners Of said County), did on the 18th day of July A.D., 2023, duly assign the certificate of sale of said property, so issued, as aforesaid, to said County, and all its right, title and interest in and to said property, held by virtue of said sale, to Antrim and Associates LLC of the County of Pueblo and State of Colorado; said certificate, when assigned, included subsequent taxes on said property for the year(s) 2014 to 2021 inclusive.   That subsequent taxes upon said property for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024 were paid by the holder of said certificate of purchase.   That at the time of said assessment and said sale said property was taxed in the names of Ardath J. Stiebler and Alfred p. Stiebler, Co-Trustees Of the Ardath J. Stiebler Revocable Trust, Dated August 26, 1998.   That Antrim and Associates LLC the assignee and present holders of said certificate of purchase has made application to me for a Treasurer's or Tax Deed to said property, provided the same has not been redeemed from said sale for taxes before the issuance Of said deed     That I will Offer for sale at public auction on or after 8th day of July A.D., 2026 at 4:30 p.m. MT, the above listed property.
