By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Robert Roland Morin, Joan M. Morin to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, dated October 18, 2022 and recorded in the Worcester County (Worcester District) Registry of Deeds in Book 68393, Page 226, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, by assignment from:
