LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
*AMENDED* Notice is hereby given that the Pembroke Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 7:00 pm in Pembroke Town Hall, Room 6 (Veterans Hall), on the application of Joe Vielkind at 185 Pine Tree Drive, Hanover, MA 02339, requesting a special permit and two variances in accordance with the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of Pembroke, Section V.5 Nonconforming Uses, and Section IV.1.D.3 Side Yard Setbacks to construct two additions on the house and a garage addition. The proposed side yard setbacks will be approximately 8 feet, and 12.75 feet on one addition and 7.5 feet and enclosing an already nonconforming porch on the property line for the other addition. For the garage, it would be constructed 8 feet from the side yard property line in two places. The property is located at 46 Blueberry Lane, Pembroke MA 02359, in Residential A District, as shown on Assessors’ Map B3 Lot 101. A copy of the application is available in the Office of the Planning Board at Pembroke Town Hall.
