Reid, Howard Greenwood and Paul Kiszka, Trustees of the Harold F. Govoni Post 387 of the American Legion, any persons as maybe their heirs, devisees or personal representatives of any o them and any persons claiming by, through or under any of them   WHEREAS a civil action has been begun against you in our Superior Court by The American Legion, Govoni Post 387, Inc. wherein he is seeking alternative service of process by publication in this quiet title action pertaining to the title to the real estate at 94 Main Street, Kingston, MA 02364 more particularly described in a deed dated Juen 3, 1947 and recorded with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 1959, Page 462.   We COMMAND YOU if you intend to make any defense, that on, May 1, 2026 (insert return date) or within such further time as the law allows you do cause your written pleading to be filed in the office of the Superior Court Clerk of Court at 72 Belmont Street, Brockton, MA 02301, with a copy to Scott J.
