REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF CLAIMS Revco Aviation, LLC (the "Company"), with its registered office at 440 College Avenue, Suite 320, Athens, Clarke County, Georgia 30601, has filed a Statement of Commencement of Winding Up with the Secretary of State of the State of Georgia. Any person with a claim against the Company may file such claim at 440 College Avenue, Suite 320, Athens, Georgia 30601, Attention: David A. Dismuke, Esq., stating the name and the address of the claimant, the amount of such claim, the written documents, if any, upon which such claim is founded, and any other facts necessary to identify the nature and amount of such claim. Except for claims that are contingent at the time of the filing of the Statement of Commencement of Winding Up or that arise after the filing of the Statement of Commencement of Winding Up, a claim against the Company not otherwise barred will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the publication of this request.
