The structures are unsafe, unsanitary, unfit for human habitation, or do not provide adequate egress, or constitute a fire hazard or are otherwise dangerous to human life, or in relation to the existing use constitute a hazard to safety or health by reason of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, obsolescence, or abandonment. Violations constitute a misdemeanor and can result in a fine of up to $500.00 under sections 106.3 & 106.4 of the IPMC. All such unsafe structures shall be abated by repair, vacated, and/or demolished in accordance with the Corpus Christi code. All persons with an interest in this property are notified that a Code Official will take further action pursuant to the IPMC if the violations are not cured within 30 days of this publication.
