ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS EULA WSC CR 226 & CR 228 WATER LINE EXTENSION Separate sealed bids for the construction of CR 226 & CR 228 Water Line Extension will be received by Jacob & Martin, LLC on behalf of Eula WSC, until 2:00 PM, on April 2, 2026, at 3465 Curry Lane, Abilene, TX 79606, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud. This project consists of the construction of a 6" water line between CR 226 & CR 228. The Contract Documents, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid Proposal, Bid Bond, Agreement, Performance and Payment Bonds, General Conditions, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Plans, and Specifications, may be examined at the following location: Jacob & Martin, LLC 3465 Curry Lane, Abilene, Texas 79606 The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding of the contract.
