Take notice that: Pursuant to OCGA Section 48-4-45 and Section 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
Lot 28 in Dixon Subdivision, plat on record in Jefferson County Courthouse as follows: Book 3-G, of Deeds Page 384, May 13, 1944. Said property is known as 331 Garvin Avenue according to the present system of numbering properties in the City of Louisville.
As described in Deed Book 31, Page 179. Further described as Map & Parcel L002 010.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on after the 13th day of April, 2026. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of March, 2021, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jefferson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 609, at Pages 1018-1019.
The property may be redeemed at any time before April 13, 2026 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Artis Tennyson, at 4287 Morning View, Stone Mountain, Georgia 30083.
