Take notice that: Pursuant to OCGA Section 48-4-45 and Section 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being Lot #7 of the Jefferson Park and Washington Park Subdivision, Wadley, Jefferson County, Georgia; as per plat of survey made by Edward G. Andrews, Registered Engineer & Surveyor, Georgia Registration No. 581, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court for Jefferson County, Georgia, on December 6, 1966, in Deed Book 73, Page 382, and being more particularly described as follows: Bounded on the North by Washington Street, a distance of fifty (50) feet; on the East by Lot #6 of said plat, a distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet; on the West by Lot #8 of said plat, a distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet; South by lands of others, a distance of fifty (50) feet.
As described in Deed Book 78, Page 198. Further described as Map & Parcel W007 103.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on after the 13th day of April, 2026. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of March, 2021, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jefferson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 609, at Pages 980-981.
The property may be redeemed at any time before April 13, 2026 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Artis Tennyson, at 4287 Morning View, Stone Mountain, Georgia 30083.
