President Wyman called the regular meeting of the Oshkosh Area School District (OASD) Board of Education to order on February 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Secretary Eileen Fitzpatrick verified that the meeting had been noticed pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes. ROLL CALL – Verification of Quorum Present: DeWitt, Ford, Herzog, Hess, Smiltneek, Wright, Wyman Absent: None CONSENT RESOLUTION AGENDA For the consent agenda, the Board has been furnished with background material on each item or has discussed it at a previous meeting. These will be acted upon with one vote without discussion. If a board member would like to discuss any item, it will be pulled out of the consent agenda and will be voted on separately. No Board vote is needed at this point to move resolutions from Consent Agenda to Individually Considered. Resolutions #6 and #11 were pulled from the Consent Resolution Agenda. INDIVIDUALLY CONSIDERED RESOLUTIONS 6. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Oshkosh Area School District Board of Education approve the bid with Gartman Mechanical in the amount of $2,614,916.00 for the Lakeside Elementary, Read Elementary, and Emmeline Cook Elementary air conditioning installation as filed with the Secretary to the Board of Education. Moved by Ford, seconded by DeWitt. Unanimous upon roll call. Resolution carried. 11. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Oshkosh Area School District Board of Education approves entering into a contract with EduStaff, to provide substitute staffing management services and directs administration to implement the transition as filed with the secretary to the Board of Education. A motion was made to hold Resolution 11 to be brought back at a later date. Moved by Ford, seconded by Herzog. Unanimous upon roll call vote. Motion carried. ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION 1.
