NOTICE OF BID   The Western Wayne School District will receive sealed bids for a Card Access System Upgrade. The project includes replacing existing end-of-life security controllers with Vykon Enterprise Security JACE 9000 controllers and related hardware and software.   Bid specifications can be obtained from the Western Wayne School District by calling 800-321-9973 choose option 5, or by emailing remmett@westernwayne.org . Sealed bids for the Card Access System Upgrade will be received until 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Bids will be opened immediately following the 1:00 PM deadline on April 15, 2026.   The Western Wayne School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids, to increase or decrease amounts, does not bind itself to accept the bid of the lowest bidder but to award the contract in the best interest of the school district.   Rose E.
