WAYNE HIGHLANDS SCHOOL DISTRICT INVITATION TO BID In accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania School Code, the Board of Directors of the Wayne Highlands School District, Honesdale, Wayne County, Pennsylvania will receive bids for CUSTODIAL SUPPLIES and for SECOND CLASS SUPPLIES. Bids will be received until 2:30 P.M. prevailing time on the 31st day of March. 2026 at the Wayne Highlands School District Office at 474 Grove Street, Honesdale, Pennsylvania 18431, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids are to be submitted to Mr. Jeff Firmstone, Business Manager, in sealed envelopes plainly marked as "CUSTODIAL SUPPLIES BID" or as "SECOND CLASS BID". The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to select various items from any bid and to waive any formalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Board for the period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bid and investigating the qualifications of the bidder prior to the awarding of the contract.
