NOTICE Macksville School District USD #351 is currently requesting proposals from Food Service Management Companies to outsource the food service purchasing process along with oversight of the food service management process in our school district and working cooperatively with all KSDE Children and Wellness requirements. Instructions for submitted proposals are as follows:   • Three copies of the proposal must be submitted in sealed envelopes or containers marked plainly and prominently as follows: ”Proposal to Manage a School Food Service Program for USD 351 Macksville”. Mailed copies of the proposal should be addressed to Macksville USD #351 Attention: Mike Sanders, Superintendent of Schools, at 433 North Gilmore, Macksville, KS 67557.   • Electronic submission of proposal must be sent with the subject “Proposal to Manage a School Food Service Program for USD 351 Macksville ”.
