REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TOWN OF DENNIS, MASSACHUSETTS Police Sergeant Selection Processes   The Town of Dennis is seeking proposals from qualified executive search consultants to work with the Town to perform a selection process for the positions of police sergeant, using trained assessors that results in scores/rankings. The selection process is one component of several used to determine final grading and eligibility for the position. The Town of Dennis Police Department is not a Civil Service department. Sealed proposals, including a separate Technical Proposal and Fee Proposal must be prepared in accordance with the instructions and requirements contained in the RFP, and must be submitted to the Director of Human Resources, Paige A. Eppolito, at Dennis Town Hall, 685 Route 134, South Dennis, MA 02660. Proposals must be submitted no later than 11:00AM on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
