VILLAGE OF ALMOND
The VILLAGE OF ALMOND is accepting applications for a part-time position as Village Clerk/Tax Collector. Duties would include attending monthly Board meetings to take minutes, transcribing distributing minutes, preparing monthly abstracts and vouchers, selling transfer station coupons and vendor permits, handling mail, email and phone calls and other duties as they present themselves. This person will also handle Tax Collection duties June through October. Candidates should have good social, clerical and computer skills and be willing to learn. This person must be able to conduct some daytime hours during the week.
