Fraime, if any, if they be deceased or remarried, and whose last known addresses are unknown; Kemba Credit Union, Inc., successor by merger to New Horizons Credit Union Inc., whose last known address is 637 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202; and the unknown surviving spouses, heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, guardians, successors and assigns, if any, of the Kemba Credit Union, Inc., if they be deceased or remarried, whose last known addresses are unknown; Unknown Tenant/Occupant, whose last known address is 950 Berkeley Rd., Columbus, OH 43206; and the unknown surviving spouses, heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, guardians, successors and assigns, if any, of the Unknown Tenant/Occupant, if they be deceased or remarried, whose last known addresses are unknown; will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 950 Berkeley Rd., Columbus, OH 43206, Parcel No. 010-080578-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. If the Defendants fail to respond timely, judgment by default will be entered against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
