174-9 SPECIAL PERMITS LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   Amend the Town Code §174-9 – Special Permits   Per MGL, c.40A, s.5, the Planning Board of the Town of Southborough shall hold a public hearing on Monday, March 30, at 6:30 PM, via Zoom only, to consider amending the Town Code 174-9-Special Permits in relation to the update and expansion of the uses in the Industrial Park (IP) District, §174-8.6.   These hearings concern amending §174-9 Special Permits, to add Section K.
