This covers real estate located in WANTAGE, County of SUSSEX, and State of New Jersey, known as LOT 23 BLOCK 93.02 as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map duplicate of WANTAGE. and concerns premises commonly known as 8 PEPPERIDGE RD, WANTAGE, New Jersey. YOU, SUSSEX WANTAGE SWIM CLUB, LLC, INCORRECTLY REFERRED TO AS SUSSEX WANTAGE SWIM CLUB, INC., are made party defendant to the above foreclosure action because you are the owner of a property which is the subject of the above entitled action. Defendants are hereby provided NOTICE of the right to exercise affirmative defense of surplus equity to this foreclosure action, per Tyler v. Hennepin, 598 U.S. 631 (2023). A.
