ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS General Notice Village of Flanagan, Illinois (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Waste Water Treatment Plant Lagoon Cleaning 02501406.001 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at 100 W. South Street, Flanagan, IL 61740, until April 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Removal and land application of approximately 554.21 dry tons of residuals from the primary lagoon and 300.33 dry tons of residuals from the secondary lagoon at the Village's WWTP. The project shall also include the installation of an 8" diameter plug valve in the 8" balance pipe connecting the two (2) lagoons and surface restoration around the site prior to certification of final completion. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in part by a grant from the State of Illinois acting through the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
