NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
Notice is hereby given that under and by virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the District Court of Reno County, Kansas, in the above action wherein the parties above-named were respectively plaintiff and defendants, to me the undersigned Sheriff of Reno County, I will offer for sale at public auction, and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand in the lobby of the Reno County Courthouse, 206 W 1st Avenue in the City of Hutchinson, Reno County, Kansas, on the 14th day of April 2026, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., the following described real estate, located in the County of Reno, State of Kansas, to-wit:
Parcel 1:
Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10, North Main Street, Original Town, City of Hutchinson, Reno County, Kansas.
Parcel 1a:
Easement for the benefit of Parcel 1 as described in Party Wall Agreement between Embee Company, Inc., and John F. Fontron, Jr. et ux et al, dated March 25, 1965, filed July 29, 1965 and recorded in Book 126, Page 156, covering that portion of Lot 12, North Main Street, presently occupied by the existing South Wall of the building located on said Lot 12, and existing North Wall of the building located on land described in Parcel 1 hereof.
to satisfy the judgment in the above-entitled case. Said real property is levied upon as the property of defendants, The Sleep Shoppe, Inc., Richard Kevin Rule, and Susan Lynn Rule f/k/a Susan Lynn Delap, and will be sold without appraisement and further subject to the approval of the Court.
