IN EQUITY Case No. 3:73-CV-00003-MMD NOTICE OF ENTRY OF ORDER TO: ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on March 12, 2026, an Order was entered approving the Water Master's budget for 2025-2026 creating an assessment to replenish the fund heretofore established to pay the expenses of conducting the Water Master's Office; creating a special assessment to continue the fund heretofore established to pay the expenses of special administration of Steamboat or Galena Creek, Washoe Creek or Upper Steamboat Creek, and the Washoe Lake Reservoir; apportioning the costs thereof, and providing the manner and method of collection thereof. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that pursuant to said Order, an assessment in the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($705,000.00) was created with one-third being paid by the United States of America, one-third by the Truckee Meadows Water Authority, and the remaining one-third being paid by the remaining persons or corporations whose rights are adjudicated by this Decree on a pro rata basis according to a schedule of charges based upon acreage, including minimum charges applicable to fractional acreages, subject to the approval of the Water Master. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that pursuant to said Order, an assessment not to exceed the sum of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS ($166,000.00) was assessed for the administration of Prosser Creek and Stampede Reservoirs. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a special assessment has been created in the sum of TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($29,000.00), more or less, and shall be paid according to the Special Assessment Roll in the Office of the Water Master. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that pursuant to said Order, payments by those assessed under said Order are to be made to the Water Master on or before the 30th day of April 2026.
