The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you, LUCAS T. JOHNSON; UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS, defendants in the above entitled cause, that suit has been commenced against you and other defendants in the Circuit Court for the Judicial Circuit by said plaintiff praying for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:
TRACT I: LOT 3 IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 7; ALSO LOT 6, DESCRIBED AS BOUNDED BY A LINE COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 3 IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 7 RUNNING EAST 16 RODS, THENCE SOUTH 5 RODS, THENCE WEST 16 RODS; THENCE NORTH 5 RODS TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING; ALL SITUATED IN TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST OF THE FOURTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, KNOX COUNTY, ILLINOIS, ACCORDING TO A PLAT IN VOLUME 17 OF KNOX COUNTY, ILLINOIS, PLAT RECORDS AT PAGE 104.
TRACT II: LOTS 1 AND 2 IN BLOCK 11 IN THE VILLAGE OF GILSON, KNOX COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
TRACT III: A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST OF THE FOURTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, KNOX COUNTY, ILLINOIS, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF A TWO ACRE TRACT TAKEN OFF THE WEST END OF SEVEN ACRES OFF THE NORTH SIDE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 7 AND LYING SOUTH OF FORTY-FOUR ACRES, MORE OR LESS, DEEDED TO WOODROW PIERCE AND SHOWN BY DEED RECORDED IN VOLUME 43 OF DEEDS, PAGE 541, THENCE RUNNING SOUTH 213 FEET, THENCE WEST 211 FEET, THENCE NORTH 213 FEET, THENCE EAST 211 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.

Said property is commonly known as 1025 Clark St., Gilson, IL 61436 and which said mortgage(s) was/were made and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds as Document Number 1044339, and for other relief; that Summons was duly issued out of the above Court against you as provided by law and that said suit is now pending.
NOW THEREFORE, unless you, the said above named defendants, file your answer to the complaint in the said suit or otherwise make your appearance therein, in the Office of the Clerk of the Court at Knox County on or before APRIL 16, 2026, a default may be taken against you at any time after that date and a Judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said complaint.
