Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of $100, made payable to the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Bids will be opened at 7:40 p.m. on April 7th, 2026 at the Community Building, Fairhope, Pa.
