Legal Notice   Invitation for Bid (IFB)   McMullen Square - New Construction - 6 Townhomes - Phase 3   Solicitation No: BD26001   Delaware Affordable Housing Group (DAHG) will be receiving sealed bids to construct six (6) new townhouses in accordance with the specification solicitation # BD26001.   Bids will be received until 12 noon on Thursday, April 16, 2026, online. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at DAHG’s Central Office, 321 East 11th Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801.   A pre-bid site visit will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 10:00AM at McMullen Square located at N. Market St and Eastlawn Ave in Wilmington, DE 19801.   Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond duly executed by the bidders as principal and having as Surety Company approved according to T-Listing Circular 570, in the amount of 10% of the bid.   IFB documents are currently available online at https://whadelaware.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities.
