BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 11/10/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 4/22/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:

"A certain lot of ground, situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, Louisiana, immediately west of the City of Houma, (now within the City), in Elizabethtown, on the right descending bank of the Bayou Terrebonne, designated on a Plan of Elizabethtown, on file in the Office of the Clerk of Court as Lot Two (2), of Block One Hundred Twenty-One (121 ), together with all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and all buildings and improvements thereon. Located in Sections 37 and 38, Tl 7S-R17E," dated August 19, 1932, prepared by T. Baker Smith, C.E., duty recorded in COB 101 , folio 21 , records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana. Said lot measuring a front of fifty (501) feet on the eastern side of Goode Street, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of One Hundred Twenty (120') feet and measuring fifty (50') feet across the rear; Said Lot 3, Block 8, being bounded as follows: Front or Westerly by Goode Street, Northerly by Lots 1 and 2, Easterly by Lot 20, and Southerly by Lot 4, all in said Block 8 to Breaux-Morrison Addition to the City of Houma, together with all buildings. and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
