BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 12/22/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 4/22/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
One certain lot of ground comprising lot thirteen (13) and the southernmost twenty (20') feet of lot twelve (12), block two (2), Mulberry Heights Subdivision, a subdivision of property more particularly depicted on a plat entitled "Mulberry Heights Subdivision being a subdivision of property belonging to Greenacres Realty, Inc., located in Section 104 T17S-R17E, Terrebonne Parish, LA", prepared by Bernard B. Davis, C.E., dated April 20, 1956, recorded under COB 229, folio 533, entry no. 152807, records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, said lot measuring a front of 80 feet on the easterly side of Austin Drive, by depth of 119.5 feet along its northern boundary, and measuring a depth of 123.5 feet along its southern boundary and measuring a width across the rear of 80 feet and being bounded as follows; front or westerly by Austin Drive, northerly by the remainder of Lot 12, Block 2, southerly by Lot 14 Block 2 all in Mulberry Heights Subdivision and rear or easterly by Old Bayou Dularge Road; together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $181282.36, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
