TOWN OF EMPIRE FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WISCONSIN LEGAL NOTICE On January 20, 2026, the Commissioners of Town of Empire Sanitary District No. 3 resolved as follows: "A fee of, at minimum, $25 shall be charged to the user for each NSF check submitted in payment of the user's bill." It further resolved that, effective on the day before this publication, the quoted language shall be added to Section 6.3 of said District's Sewer User Ordinance. Said resolutions are unnumbered.
