NOTICE On March 9, 2026, a resolution was offered, adopted and approved by the Village of Hales Corners, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin (the "Municipality"), whereby the Municipality authorized and directed the issuance and sale of up to $2,567,367 General Obligation Promissory Notes, Series 2026. The closing on these Notes will be held on April 22, 2026. A copy of all proceedings had to date with respect to the authorization and sale of said Notes is on file and may be examined in the office of the Village Clerk. This Notice is given pursuant to Section 893.77, Wisconsin Statutes, which provides that an action or proceeding to contest the validity of such municipal financing, for other than constitutional reasons, must be commenced within thirty (30) days after the date of publication of this Notice.
