C. Nonsummary abatement.
(1) Order of abatement. If the inspecting officer determines that a public nuisance exists on private premises but that such nuisance does not threaten immediate danger to the public health, safety, welfare, peace or order, he/she may issue an order reciting the existence of a public nuisance and requiring the owner or occupant of the premises to remove or abate the condition described in the order within the time period specified therein, which shall be no shorter than 30 days.
