NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR JOB ORDER CONTRACTS FOR CITYWIDE MECHANICAL & PLUMBING CONTRACTING SERVICES THE CITY OF SCOTTSDALE SOLICITATION NUMBER: 26RFSQ025 The City of Scottsdale is seeking to contract with up to three (3) qualified Job Order Contract (“JOC”) contractors to provide mechanical & plumbing construction, and related services, on an as-needed basis at various project locations throughout the City of Scottsdale (the “City”). The initial term of the JOC will be for two (2) years and have a maximum contract term amount of $6,000,000 and an individual Job Order maximum amount of $2,500,000. This JOC may be renewed for up to three (3) additional one-year terms, each with a maximum contract term amount of $3,000,000. Renewal of the contract will be based on the successful performance by the JOC contractor and the needs of the City. The contract maximum may be increased at the time the option is exercised, or at another time deemed prudent by the mutual agreement of both parties, subject to the City’s contract modification procedures. At the City’s direction, a Price Book of common scope line items may be required and utilized. The City makes no guarantee of work under a JOC.
