BID ADVERTISEMENT  Bids will be received by North East Borough at the Borough Office, 31 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428 until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on April 30, 2026, for the sale of a vacant building lot located at 19 Smedley Street; North East, PA 16428, Parcel # 36005040000800. The property has a minimum bid price of $25,000 and interested bidders must submit a proposal that outlines the plans for construction of a single or multifamily home on the parcel in accordance with the North East Borough Zoning Ordinance for properties within the R-B Multi-Family Residential Zoning District. Awarded bidders must also sign a Developers Agreement with North East Borough for the development of the property.
