TRUST NOTICE IN THE MATTER OF THE TRUST: Julie E. Jimenez Living Trust  To all persons regarding Julie E. Jimenez, deceased, who died on or about September 28, 2025. You are hereby notified that Kyle B. Kocak is the Trustee of the Julie E. Jimenez Living Trust (the “Trust”). Any action to contest the validity of the Trust must be brought in the District Court of Polk County, Iowa, within the later to occur of four (4) months from the date of the second publication of this notice or one (1) month from the date of mailing of this notice to all heirs of the decedent settlor and beneficiaries under the Trust whose identities are reasonably ascertainable. Any suit not filed within this period shall be forever barred.
