NOTICE OF BOCES ANNUAL MEETING   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual meeting of the members of the component Boards of Education of the Delaware-Chenango-Madison-Otsego BOCES will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Harrold Campus, 270 BOCES Drive, Sidney Center, New York. The Board of Cooperative Educational Services will present its tentative administrative, capital and program budgets for 2026-2027.   The following are summaries of the tentative administrative, capital and program budgets. The amounts stated are based on current estimates and may be subject to change.
