General Mental Health Services are evidence based, clinical team driven, and community-based outpatient services are designed to help individuals reduce symptoms that interfere with quality of life, improve overall life functioning, and increase self-sufficiency. The Contract period will be for a five (5) year period beginning on October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031.
