HHM Cube Properties, LLC, has applied to the Planning Board for (1) Definitive Site Plan Review and (2) a Special Permit Extension of Time to modify the maximum number and/or dimensional requirements for off-street parking in the Commercial Corridors Overlay District (Article IX, Section 7.E.) under the requirements of the City of Worcester Zoning Ordinance. Presently on the premises is a paved surface parking lot. The property is located in a BG-6.0 (Business, General) zoning district and within the Commercial Corridors Overlay District (CCOD-D) and the Downtown/Blackstone Canal Sign Overlay District (DSOD). The applicant seeks approval to construct an 11-story ±137,184 SF mixed-use building with ±1,629 SF of retail space with other common areas on the ground floor, ±139 dwelling units on the upper floors, and to conduct associated site improvements (PB-2026-027).
A public hearing on the application will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 5:30PM in the Levi Lincoln Chamber, 3rd floor of the City Hall, 455 Main Street, Worcester, MA.
