NOTICE OF DECISION
BOROUGH OF MORRIS PLAINS PLANNING BOARD
MORRIS COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
TAKE NOTICE that at a regular meeting on March 16, 2026, the Planning Board of the Borough of Morris Plains adopted a Resolution memorializing the action taken on February 9, 2026, granting the Applicant, M&M at Morris Plains, LLC Amended Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval, for the property located at 200 Tabor Road, designated as Block 121, Lot 1.02 on the Borough of Morris Plains tax map. The approval permits modifications to apartment buildings 1A, 1B, 1C and 1D, which include amendments to the exterior building facades, amenity areas and unit floor plans. No other changes, or new variances and/or waivers were proposed or required to the previously approved Site Plan.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Resolution along with all supporting documentation are on file and available for public inspection at the Planning Board Office in the Borough of Morris Plains Municipal Building located at 531 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains, New Jersey, during regular business days and hours, except holidays.
This notice is being given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10(i) and New Jersey Court Rule 4:69-6(b)(3).
