AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 6.01 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE CITY OF OAK CREEK AMENDING THE OFFICIAL MAP AFFECTING THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 2263, 2301, 2321, 2345, AND 2411 W. PUETZ RD.; 8700, 8810, AND 8830 S. 27TH ST; AND 2320 W. GRAYS LN. (TAX KEY NOS. 857-9015-000, 856-9005-000, 856-9997-000, 856-9996-000, 856-9995-000, 857-9017-000, 856-9994-000, 857-9016-000, AND 856-9987-000).

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 6.01 of the Municipal Code of the City of Oak Creek enacted and adopted pursuant to Section 62.23(6)(b), Wisconsin Statutes, creating the Official Map of the City of Oak Creek, is hereby amended so as to establish the exterior lines of planned new streets, highways, parkways, parks and playgrounds and to widen, narrow, extend and close existing streets, highways, parkways, parks and playgrounds, as more fully shown on the map attached hereto and declared to be a part thereof (EXHIBIT "A"), the same affecting the properties located at 2263, 2301, 2321, 2345, and 2411 W. Puetz Rd.; 8700, 8810, and 8830 S. 27th St; and 2320 W. Grays Ln., Oak Creek, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
