NOTICE BUDGET REVISIONS COUNTY BOARD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the March 17, 2026, meeting of the Fond du Lac County Board of Supervisors, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, the following revisions were made to the 2026 Fond du Lac County budget: That the 2026 Department of Human Services budget be amended by creating three (3) full-time positions E3 ($61,163 - $82,718) and 1.2 full-time equivalent pooled part-time positions NE11 ($31.31 - $39.82) of Children's Long-Term Support and Service Coordinator in the Department of Human Services Community Services Division effective March 17, 2026. The cost of these new positions has no negative impact on the budget and will be funded by program revenue. That the 2026 Fond du Lac County Land and Water Conservation Department budget be amended by authorizing the proper county officials to enter into an agreement with the Fox-Wolf Watershed Alliance for the implementation of a Great Lakes Restoration Initiative grant to conduct restoration activities in the Pipe Creek Watershed effective April 1, 2026. The resolution authorizes the proper county officials to accept the total of a $311,757 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency grant passed through the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative effective April 1, 2026. This grant revenue will be used to fund landowner payments. It is anticipated the grant revenue will fund all expenses incurred from this grant. That the 2026 Fond du Lac County Campus budget be amended by authorizing the proper county officials to accept a $125,000 Offer to Purchase of 1.822 acres of vacant land Lot One (1) of the Fond du Lac County Campus by South Shore Homes, LLC. Net proceeds of $125,000 net of closing costs from the Lot One (1) sale, consisting of 1.822 acres of vacant land by South Shore Homes, LLC, are anticipated.
